Verbatim Voices
Read me the room.
Upload a typed court transcript and hear it read back with a different voice for each speaker, so you can follow who said what without reading every page.
How it works
-
Upload
Send us your own transcript file. It travels encrypted the whole way.
-
We cast the voices
Each speaker (the judge, the clerk, each attorney, each witness) gets their own distinct voice.
-
Listen or watch
Play it in the car, on a walk, or follow along on screen. A short Docket Brief summary plays first, then the full verbatim record.
What you get
-
MP3 audio
One file with chapters, so you can jump straight to the record, plus case tags (court, case, date) so it stays organized in your player.
-
Timed captions
SRT and VTT caption files with speaker labels, ready for any video player or for searching the text.
-
Read-along video
An MP4 that shows the real transcript page scrolling along, with each word lighting up as it's spoken and the speaker's name beside it.
-
Docket Brief
A short spoken summary at the start: the court, the case, the date, and who's speaking. It's clearly labeled as a summary, not part of the record.
-
Built-in legal lexicon
Courtroom terms, Latin phrases, and court abbreviations are spoken the way lawyers say them, and the list keeps growing as users send in corrections.
Who it's for
-
People representing themselves
Go back over your own hearing at your own pace, without struggling through a hundred pages of dense text.
-
Families
Understand what happened in court for someone you care about, in plain listening time.
-
Attorneys and paralegals
Review the record on a commute, and use the captions to find the exact moment you need.
-
Anyone who'd rather listen
For people with low vision, dyslexia, or simply tired eyes, long transcripts are easier to hear than to read.
Your privacy, in plain words
- You upload your own file. We only work with what you choose to send.
- It travels encrypted. Your file is protected on the way to us and on the way back to you.
- Your files don't stick around. Everything is deleted automatically within a day or two after it's ready, and you can delete it sooner yourself.
- Your documents are never used for training. Not to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
- No partner app ever passes us your data. The only way a file reaches us is when you upload it yourself.
- Protected names stay protected. Anything the court blacked out stays blacked out. The narrator says "redacted" and never guesses what's underneath. You can also swap real names for court-style labels like "Witness 1" or "Minor Child A.B." before you share.
